What Is Remote Assisted Programming?
Remote Assisted Programming allows you to program and flash a vehicle right from your shop! No additional tools, software or expensive subscriptions required.
The Remote Assisted Programming kit includes a tablet, the vehicle interface, an OBD-II connector, and a 4G dongle.

What does RAP®2 Cost?
$49.95*/month + $149/flash for GM and Ford Vehicles and $49.95*/month + $190/flash for Chrysler Vehicles.

RAP®2 is rented to you for $49.95 per month, but if you use your kit two or more times each month we’ll waive the rental fee for that month. You are only charged $149 for each flash!
You no longer need to hassle with purchasing and maintaining expensive tools. We remotely maintain and update the kit as new capabilities and updates are released!

Honda is Now Charging a License Fee to Access i-HDS Software as of 8/1/21
Honda is now charging a License Fee when any party accesses the Honda i-HDS software for diagnostics, OEM scanning, ADAS calibration, or flash programming. The license fee is $45 per VIN, which includes 30 days of use on that specific vehicle.
Transtar/Opus IVS will pass the $45 charge from Honda through to customers at cost whenever incurred on the following services:

Honda ADAS Calibrations

Honda IVS 360 Support service (only when Honda i-HDS is needed)
This i-HDS license fee will go into effect for all services performed on or after August 1, 2021.
Programming fees for Honda as of 8/1/21 will be - $194
Calibration checks for Honda as of 8/1/21 will be - $85
Our Customer Guarantee
In the unlikely event that the remote programming fails, we will use any means available to repair the vehicle, provided these conditions have been met:

The ECU that is being installed must be New or OE Reconditioned. No Used ECUs will be guaranteed. Drew may attempt a service event for Ford, GM & Chrysler modules ONLY. Drew will not attempt service events on used Asian or Eurpoean modules. (learn more)

You must follow the instructions of the remote technician.

There can be no other inherent problems with the vehicle, such as faulty ground connection or an aftermarket accessory that is interfering. In such case, you will be responsible for the cost to rectify the problem.

The guarantee is not offered for salvage, rebuilt, flood, or total loss vehicles.
