FAQ
  • In addition to the Auburn additive being included with every Auburn Carrier, we also stock it separately. Part #: 504102 works for all Auburn limited slip and ECTED Max differential carriers.

  • No. Synthetic gear oil is not recommended as it reduces the necessary friction for the differential to operate correctly.

  • The HP series is for daily driver applications where the smoothest operation is desired. The Pro Series is the best choice when additional traction is more important than smoother operation. The Pro Series has a higher bias between the right and left wheels, which is achieved with stiffer springs inside the differential.

  • The ECTED Max operates like a limited slip when the “Locker” is not engaged. Most other lockers operate as an open differential when they are not engaged.
