Dana delivers a consistent and stronger axle shaft that are fatigue-tested to last. Spicer axle parts are ultrasonically tested for any internal cracks that regular magnetic testing can’t reach. Additionally Dana’s axles have a cold-formed rolled spline that eliminates the need for machining, which can cause stress fractures and premature failures.
