5R110W Torque Converters with Billet CoversNow available from Transtar are heavy duty billet cover versions of the 5R110 gas and diesel torque converters. Durability is increased beyond the addition of a billet cover by adding a new LuK OE triple friction damper and heavy-duty thrust bearings on both sides of the stator assembly. All impellers and turbines are brazed for additional strength. Use the FM160L-S1 for all V10 and diesel applications, and the FM160M-S1 for 5.4L gas applications.

ZF 5HP-19 Torque Converter, 1996-2003Now in stock for the ZF 5HP-19 series transmission is the AU11 torque converter. Found in several 1996-2003 Audi and VW applications with the 1.8L and 2.0L turbo engine, this converter has a slotted hub and 27 tooth spline. Codes that may be on the OE assembly are A33, B31, K28 and M28. Three mounting pads and a 0.629" diameter pilot will also indicate that this converter is what you're looking for. The outside diameter of this new converter is 10.875."
Saturn CVT Torque ConverterTranstar now carries a Recon Torque Converter for the Saturn VUE and ION with the VTi continuously variable transmission (CVT). This converter and transmission are found in the 2002-2004 Saturn VUE and 2003-2004 Saturn ION. The converter has three mounting pads with 10mmx1.25 threads, and has an outside diameter of 9.65”.
Toyota U241E RAV4 Medium Stall Torque ConverterTranstar now carries a Recon Torque Converter for the Toyota U241E Transmission RAV4 applications. This is a medium stall unit that can be identified by a stamp “16U” on the cover side of the converter. This converter has a 26 spline turbine, a 38 spline stator, and has six mounting pads with 9mm x 1.25 threads.
