5R110W Torque Converters with Billet Covers

Now available from Transtar are heavy duty billet cover versions of the 5R110 gas and diesel torque converters. Durability is increased beyond the addition of a billet cover by adding a new LuK OE triple friction damper and heavy-duty thrust bearings on both sides of the stator assembly. All impellers and turbines are brazed for additional strength. Use the FM160L-S1 for all V10 and diesel applications, and the FM160M-S1 for 5.4L gas applications.
